NOTICE OF CALL FOR ACCREDITATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS (NGOS), PEOPLE’S ORGANIZATIONs (POs), CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (CSOs)

All Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), People’s Organization (POs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) are hereby called for accreditation.

For those who are accredited for the Year 2013-2016 please renew your accreditation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Duly accomplished Application Form for Accreditation;
Board resolution signifying intention for accreditation;
Certificate of Registration;
List of current officers and members;
Annual Accomplishment Report for the immediately preceding year; and Q Financial Statement at the minimum, signed by the executive officers of the organization, also of the immediately preceding year, and indicating therein other information such as the source(s) of funds;
Profile indicting he purposes and objectives of organization;
Copy of the Minutes of latest meeting of the organization;
