ACTING GOV. NAS ONA, thru the Batangas PDRRMC, suspends CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) TOMORROW, OCT. 20, 2016, in the ENTIRE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS due to expected heavy rains that will be brought by Super Typhoon Lawin to ensure that our students are safe in case of flooding that may occur.

As we celebrate the National Fish Conservation Week, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources chose Calatagan as the venue of the launching of the MMK-Mayaman at Masaganang Karagatan!
What did they leave for our fisher folks? Well, funds for tangible projects which are all beneficial for the fishery sector; topping the list is the Construction of Fish Landing Project in the amount of Php3M.
Calatagan will be hosting the launching the MMK-Masagana at Mayamang Karagatan; a project of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in consonance with the National Fish Conservation Week. Playa Calatagan will be the venue of the activity which is expected to be attended by a thousand participants and guests headed by DA Secretary Emmanuel Pinol.
